We inspect our jewelry very carefully before it is sent out to ensure customer satisfaction and guarantee our pieces 100%. In the case of a manufacturer's defect or unused items returned for any reason, please notify us within 7 days of reciept. Once we have been contacted you will receive an RA# (return authorization number.) In the case of an unused item return for wrong sizing ect. we offer a merchandise credit for exchange minus a 5.00 re-stocking and handling fee. Please note we do not cover the cost of shipping on returns. Full replacment or merchandise credit will apply in the case of manufacture defects. This will be applied once the product has been returned back to us. Absolutely no returns will be accepted that have been worn, tried on, or altered in any way or are not accompanied with an RA#.
