We inspect our jewelry very carefully before it is sent out to ensure customer satisfaction and guarantee our pieces 100%. In the case of a manufacturer's defect or unused items returned for any reason, please notify us within 7 days of reciept. We will initiate a return and you will receive an RA# (return authorization number.) Please note we do not cover the cost of shipping on returns. Full replacement will apply in the case of manufacturer defects or any such errors on our part. Absolutely no returns will be accepted that have been worn, tried on, or altered in any way or are not accompanied with an RA#. Our Customer's Satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.
