I'm located in the United States, Why Haven't My Nose Studs Arrived Yet?

Normally orders that are being delivered to the United States can take up to 12 business days to arrive.  However, because we are located in Canada your package also has to pass through the border.  If a customs officer decides to review your package it can slow down the delivery time frame up to 4-6 weeks.  This can happen anytime you are shopping cross-border.  Please Note the percentage of packages reviewed by customs is less than 3%.

If you have not received your package within the 6 week time frame please contact our Customer Service at sales@qualitynosestuds.com so they can review your order with you.
