In the case of a manufacture's defect or items returned for any reason qualitynosestuds.com must be notified within 7 days of reciept. Once we have been contacted you will receive a  RMA return authorization number. After the product is returned you will receive an exchange or merchandise credit minus shipping charges. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without a RMA.Our customers satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.
