We inspect our Jewelry very carefully before it is sent out to ensure customer satisfaction and guarantee our pieces 100%.  In the case of a manufacturer's defect or unused items returned for any reason, qualitynosestuds.com must be notified within 7 days of reciept.  Once we have been contacted you will receive an RA# (return authorization number.)  Once we receive the product back, you will receive a merchandise credit for exchange minus a 5.00 re-stocking and handling fee.  Absolutely no returns will be accepted without an RA#.  Our Customer's Satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.
