Bioflex nose bone. This bioflex nose bone feautures a very tiny 1mm round Swarovski gemstone for those that like their nose rings small and discreet. The Bioflex material makes for a comfortable, flexible fit for your nose bone. This style comes in an 18 gauge.

We've released these gorgeous 316L Surgical Steel Nose Screws a few months ago in a 18 gauge and now we are taking that same gorgeous nose screw and bringing it to you in an 20 gauge size. It features a large Swarovski gemstone.
